PE & Sport Science

OUR VISION

Our vision is to inspire every student to engage in sport, understand the importance of physical activity and promote lifelong participation.

Kingsbury PE team is committed to helping every student enjoy being active, understand healthy living, and build the confidence to stay active throughout their lives. We want PE to be a positive, inclusive experience where all students feel supported, challenged, and proud of what they can achieve.

Sport teaches far more than physical skills. It helps students develop teamwork, communication, resilience, and confidence. By trying a wide range of activities, students discover what they enjoy and learn that everyone can succeed in different ways. Our aim is for every student to leave lessons feeling motivated and capable.

Our goal is for students to find activities they genuinely enjoy so they can stay active beyond school. Whether it’s team sports, individual fitness, outdoor activities, or community clubs, we help students explore different options and build the confidence to continue being active throughout their lives. We value the support of parents and carers in encouraging active, healthy lifestyles. By celebrating effort, progress, and enjoyment, we can help students develop habits that last.
